These documents must legally be included in your home information pack:

HIP Index this lists all documents included in the pack as well as any missing documents that are to be included later. (in the event a pack takes more than 14 days to be compiled marketing is allowed to commence)
Sale information this is a form detailing information about the sale conditions of the property.
Land Registry Title & Plan details ownership of the land
Energy Performance Certificate this is an the assessment that needs to be carried out by a certified home inspector. A rating between A and F will be awarded on the propety according to its energy efficiency. eHIP will automatically organise an inspector as included in the displayed pack price. eHIP will be in contact to arrange a convenient time to call.
Copy of the New Homes Warranty this is only applicable for new builds or converted properties.
Local authority searches These are the standard LA searches that are carried out under the current home buying and selling process.
Drainage and water search This is the standard water and drainage search that is carried out under the current home buying and selling process
Additional documents for Leasehold  and Commonhold Properties These type of holdings require further information such as a copy of the lease and landlords/management company's details. Some management companies may take longer than others to provide required information. Although every effort is made to ensure that details are provided as quickly as possible there may, in some cases, be delay in acquiring such documents.
