eHIP will provide estate agents with their own corporate user areas  with the ability to create individual user accounts for their customers where Home Information Packs can be created. Corporate user areas will use customised and branded versions of our in house designed software. Our powerful data management systems ensure security, speed, accessibility and stability with growth.

HIPs will be initiated as soon as details are taken with documents being uploaded automatically ensuring no delay. HIPs are accessible online via secure password and user name 24/7 for all concerned in the process to view as they are compiled.

Upon HIP completion automatic email notification will be sent out to all concerned parties so that marketing can commence without delay. Emails will also be sent to notify in the event of searches reaching their 3 month period of validity.

Each HIP initiated will receive two hard copies, one for the vendor and the other for the estate agent. All packs contain electronic HIPs as compact discs or usb pens.

eHIP offer co-branding on our HIPs, free web advertising and automatic entry into the eHIP network of associates in the property industry.
